Are you paying ever more and more for electricity?
Did you know residential electricity bills increased almost 50% in the past few years?
Isn’t anyone doing something about this?
What can we do?
Come and listen to three knowledgeable people talk about costs, clean energy, high-risk nuclear energy and a lot more. They are Jack Gibbons of Ontario Clean Air Alliance, Marty Lancaster of Renewable Energy and Feed0In-Tariff Program, and Susan Hirst of Simcoe Huronia Association for Renewables. And they want to hear your ideas too.
Now that’s a meaningful way to spend a Saturday morning.
We Grannies are glad Aware Simcoe organized this timely debate. Let’s participate. And by the way, there will be home baked goodies.
Saturday, May 26, 2012, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
at Grace United Church, 350 Grove Street East (at Cook), Barrie
